i had a vaginal birth so no experience with c sections and also not a doctor. but i just wanted to say i had those red little bumps allllllll over my stomach about 2 days after giving birth, and they itched so bad i couldnt stop nothing helped at all but it eventually went away in about 1-2 weeks. i think you should call your OB.

Honestly,  it looks like you’re healing well. Those little bumps could just be skin irritation from the skin rubbing together or from your pants/underwear rubbing on the scar. I wouldn’t worry too much. Everyone is so quick to scare you and tell you to call ASAP but honestly it looks ok. I mean you should always let your Dr know and keep them posted but don’t stress over it. It’s not red around the scar, there doesn’t seem to be any swelling or pus. If you have any of those than yes call your OB. I’m 4 and a 1/2 months postpartum and sometimes I get these little bumps from the skin rubbing together. Especially on super active days when I sweat. Just keep it dry and an eye on it.
