Anyone(or their SO) who didn’t want kids but changed their mind?

Question

If so, what made you change your mind or what made your significant other change their mind? I’m kind of in a situation with a guy I’m dating so I just want to know other people’s stories about this subject.

I can’t speak personally because both my husband and I have always wanted a family. But I will say this...you should never go into a relationship and expect the other person to change their mind about something as serious as having kids. If that’s a must for you, then I would suggest making that fully known to your significant other and probably move forward to find someone else who wants the same things you want. Expecting a future/potential spouse to change their mind about that isn’t is totally unrealistic. You’ll end up holding a lot of resentment toward that person in the future if they can’t give you what you want.

At first I didn’t want kids because I had a fear of something happening to me during delivery. Also I didn’t think I was going to find a relationship so I thought I’d grow up alone. It was when I hit my twenties that I actually desired to have kids. I met my fiancé when I was 21 now I’m almost 24(dec birthday) with an almost six month old son. 
Some people change ,and some will never change their mind. One thing my fiancé discussed is that we both knew the risks you take when it comes to sex.

I did NOT want kids. I didn't think I could have them and I didn't know if I would have enough love to give a child. Once I turned 29 and got married we decided to move forward with children and my husband supposedly loved children.

I never ever wanted kids 😅 and hubby said he never wanted them lol I'm 24 hes 37 I'm pregnant with our 3rd but 1st ended in a horrible miscarriage first was a huge accident but then we decided to try again and we couldn't be any happier 💕

My husband and I didn't want kids. We were together for about 12 years before he one day just out the blue said he wanted kids. I still didn't so I said no but we'll see. We waited another two years before making the decision to try.
