vaginismus help!!!

i think i have vaginismus as i have never been able to insert tampons or even a single finger. i don't consider myself to be very anxious and meditate almost every night. and i don't know if this influences it but i am on SSRIs and am 4'10 at 17 years old with a normal BMI. what should i do about it? i'm still a minor btw and i can't drive so if i wanted to see a doctor i'd have to talk to my parents which is really not ideal - we are not close at all. any advice?
