The difference between my daughter and son is night and day. One of the biggest differences is when they started their social cues. My son didn’t even smile a little bit until he was 4 months old and didn’t start laughing until 7 months old. Even then it was super hard to make him laugh. He didn’t even smile in his sleep.

My daughter on the other hand smiled the first night she was born and laughed in her sleep during the first week. She start smiling socially at about 1 month and half and is slowly starting to giggle at 3 months.

Which one is normal? Is my son slow for social? He doesn’t talk much either at almost 1 and half years.
