What do you normally feed your 1 year old ?

Im very curious about other mothers ways of feeding their kids ❤

Lots of fruit. Trying to get her to eat more veggies. She LOVES pasta and beans.  She’ll pretty much try whatever we are eating, but we always have a backup in case she doesn’t like it.

Avocados on toast, mixed with egg yolk, or rolled oatmeal cereal
Banana oat pancakes (1egg 1banana 1/4cup oars)

Eggs (scrambled, hard boiled, omelette, breakfast bites)

Tofu with nutritional yeast (tastes like cheese)

Ground beef (usually in tacos or pasta sauce)

Agree, she eats everything we eat. We did baby led weaning so she eats everything from eggs to rice to meats to pasta, etc. she is far from picky.

My little one is now 2. At 1st she would eat everything we gave her, fruit, meat, veggies didnt matter. Now she is going through a stage where all she wants to eat is pasta, hotdogs,  cheese sandwiches, soup, yogurt. But she loves smoothies so I add lots of fruit to her smoothie and make it with oasis oxidant juice which has 14 servings of fruits and veggies. And I will add puree carrots or squash to her tomato soup.

My son has hit two years and had boycotted pretty much anything that isn’t egg, rice, pasta or grapes. He is such a picky eater and it drives me nuts. He also hates trying new things 😩😩 we try and get him to eat new foods but it’s almost like pulling teeth sometimes. 
Any one who has tips on adding veggies and more fruit to his diet would be welcome.
