Dhea and Coq10 in tww???

Just started taking these 2 with prenatal vitamins after having 2 chemical pregnancies.  Do you stop taking these supplements in your TWW?

You can keep taking CoQ10 until you get pregnant if you’re trying naturally. You only stop it if you’re doing IVF because you don’t need it to help with egg quality anymore.

I feel like I had one recently too. Started my periods at week 5 with clots. Guessing that’s a chemical ?

Yes stop them. I did IVF and I was advised to stop CoQ10 before my transfer. I’m only taking prenatals, DHA, and vitamin D.
