Did you get a positive OPK before your bfp?

I’m 9dpo and yesterday afternoon I had a negative pregnancy test. 
Did this happen to anyone and you found out you were pregnant?

No. You normally have multiple surges in a cycle. You can also have a surge before your period. Opks do not detect pregnancy.

Happened to me (I was almost a week after my period was due)...
I had what I thought was my period so I wasn't aware that I was pregnant. When "CD9" came I took an LH test and it came back blazing red. I was really confused! Haha.

This was my very positive opk and negative preg test (which I convinced myself had a vvfl)  3 days before my period started , so no not always ! I got my period on time
