My daughter has had a fever today of 99-100. I got her temp down to 98.8 with some ibuprofen. She just went through what I believe was sleep regression for a couple days and today she has been sleeping all day. She hasn’t had any other symptoms aside from a fever and more poopy diapers than normal. She has been very drooly the past two weeks, chewing hard on anything she can get her little hands onto, but I don’t see any teeth coming in yet. She is 6 months. Does it just sound like teething? She isn’t coughing more than usual, no runny nose, not shivering.

Oh and she has been eating just fine today. She is breast fed and I have introduced baby food to her. She only had breast milk today and didn’t spit up any at all if that matters.
