Shady bf or just insecure?

Me and my boyfriend been together for 6 months with a month break in between. Just recently I finally updated my social media accounts as in relationship with him. Tagged him and all and it never appeared on his account. When I said something he says that it’s on his about page but he doesn’t know how to change it on his profile. I have posted a picture of us and tagged him and he won’t add it to his timeline. I am starting to think that there is more to shit he isn’t saying. It’s starting to bug me and making me feel very uneasy about it. How would you approach this? And would you even stay with a guy who does this. His x would always post stuff and he would add it to his stuff.
