Confusing ultrasound

I went in for my 12 week ultrasound. I specified told the tec I did not want to know gender. I glanced over at the monitor of a split second and of course she was looking between the legs. I swear I saw a penis between the legs. Has anyone had the same experience but it was really a girl?
