Help me learn?

Hello! So I’ve been a day late going on 2 and I’m hoping it’s my positive but I have my doubts. I got off of birth control March 10th after that we had been not trying not preventing, we still are. My period was always regular during and after birth control but around a month or two after stopping the pill, randomly my period began to start a week before it would always come. My concern is what if I’m not “late” what if my period is doing a switch up, again? Is this possible? I’ve never been late before this is a first. This is something we want and just nervous.
