Bleeding @ 32 weeks pregnant .

Today I woke up @ 5:00 am and went to the restroom and felt a gush as soon as I started to pee . I looked and it was red blood . I made my way to the hospital ASAP , and was able to get a full ultrasound of the baby and everything was perfect. The heartbeat and movement was perfect as well. They even took tubes and tubes of blood to get it tested and everything came back normal . They couldn't find why the bleeding... Has anyone gone thru this ?

I am no longer bleeding red , but I am spotting brown instead and very little.
