Husband back to work?

My husband went back to work and I could not stop crying. I have a toddler and a 3 week old and my anxiety level was so high I feel like I couldn’t do it on my own and how lonely I was gonna be again. (Sahm) I just want to feel normal 😭 anyone else?

I feel this I have a 21 month old and a three week old and my guy is gone until midnight sometimes 2 in the morning with his work. It’s stressful as heck and I have no advice on how to feel better.

Totally feel you ... my husband is a pilot and I’m a SAHM all alone with no help. He left three days and it was very tough for me. At the end of the month he will be gone for five days. I’m stressing out !! I told him today I would love more kids but the thought of a toddler + a new born really scares me ..

So sorry love, I feel for you. Being on your own with baby can be so stressful and lonely.
My little girl is 6 weeks, I finally broke down and asked for my mother in law to come stay due to feeding issues and exhaustion.
Stay strong mama, and don't worry yourself if you feel it's necessary to ask a family member or friend to come be with you for a little while each day. We all need support and to feel we're not alone.
