What’s your opinion ?

I had a miscarriage 5 weeks and 4 days ago today. I monitored my hcg levels through blood test until they went to 4 which my doctor said is negative. That was about 3 weeks ago now, today ive gotten a very very faint line today but don’t feel like I believe it. Is it possible to be pregnant again this soon ?
