You’re allowed 200 mg a day safely according to March of dimes (1 shot of espresso is 89 mg) so i have 1-2 shots a day. I have a 2.5 year old and a 10 month old who’s awake at 5am so i need it

Instead of Coffee I have hot milk with a little drop of Cocao! Im not a big milk drinker but this helps to het my calcium in & other benefits milk has

I stopped for a while because well nausea 
And now I feel better I’m drinking one cup of coffee in the morning and maybe a cup of tea later if I feel like it.
Until 6 weeks I was still drinking my normal big coffee every morning (which was probably over the 200mg)

It honestly depends, at home no more than two a day. But it’s because I still kinda like my coffee but at work I don’t like it anymore lol.
