6.5 week ultrasound and cyst found

Today I had my 6.5-7 week ultrasound. I know my last period was July 29th but I’m measuring only 6w3d instead of 7w. During the ultrasound, they found a small cyst on my ovary and said it was nothing to worry about and will most likely go away. They also saw a tiny septated uterus (which I’ve been told in my two previous pregnancies but they vanish after 13 weeks). Anyone else have a cyst and was everything ok? Also, babies heart rate was 120! Because I’m 34 years old, they said I can do advanced genetic testing at 10 weeks and find out gender. Anyone else do this and get the correct gender?
