You can implant as late as 12dpo though I will say the statistical chance is about 1% that late. So if you did implant late it still needs 2 days or so for hcg to become detectable. I would say with an ultrasound confirmed ovulation you arent “out” until day of missed period or 14dpo

If you used FMU you probably are but sometimes people’s HGC is slower to reach a positive amount. I usually wait until my missed period before I test.
