Fainting while giving blood
I’m getting blood taken today at 3 for the nipt test is there anything I can do to prevent fainting and cold sweats? Do I dress for warm or cold and what should I be eating before hand? My mom thinks it’s all in my head but I can actually feel the blood leaving my body when I get blood taken
