Head cold, allergies, Covid or just pregnancy related?

Kind of freaking out.
I think I just have allergies or a head cold, but with everyone getting different symptoms with covid, you never know!
I’m 34 weeks pregnant and my sinuses are so congested, can’t breathe out of my nose, itchy watery eyes, so tired, sneezing at least 5-10 times a day, and headaches.
No fever, but I feel like trash.
Any thoughts?

Where is the pain with the headaches?
Kinda sounds like allergies. My allergist told me 1/3 of women have increased allergies while pregnant 😒 I was one of that 1/3 too

I’m having the same at 32 weeks minus the headache. I went for a covid test last week and it was negative. Hope that puts your mind at ease. Feel better! 😊

Sounds like allergies. Weather is changing and causing allergies. My son and I were sneezing up a storm and he had a runny nose. I just get headaches occasionally now that I’m pregnant. 
I think you symptoms are worse so I would just get tested just to rule it out and also get rest right now, drink lots of fluid.
