Indigestion anyone??

18wks and my indigestion is so bad almost to everything I eat. Anyone else have this issue 🤢

Yes it’s terrible. With my first, I had heartburn and reflux so bad I had to sleep sitting up for most of the last trimester. I’m hoping it doesn’t get to that point again! Literally even water gives me heartburn 🤦🏼‍♀️

Ugh me! It’s honestly sometimes worse than the nausea. My last pregnancy my doc did give me a prescription to help with it. I don’t remember what it was called but I’m going to ask for it at my appointment next week!

Yesss and acid reflux so bad. Anytime I lay ever so slightly back I get it so forget sleeping flat on my back lol after everything I freaking eat. I’m 18 weeks
