High HGG and low progesterone
I got a positive pregnancy test mid cycle on CD15 (got my regular periods with heavy bleeding two weeks prior) and took a blood test. My results came back and my HCG is at 1173 but I have very very low progesterone level of only 0.4. Doctor gave supplemental progesterone prescription. Is it normal to have such low level in early pregnancy?? Please advice.
