Miscarry or implentation bleeding

For starters I have had vvvf lines on preg test (and negative digital test results) and my HCG level the day of my expected period (monday) was extremely low at only an 8! The strips def have not been getting darker. I feel like theyve even got more faint. I was supposed to go get another HCG bloodwork done this morning but This morning I had a slight pink dc when I first woke up but then after the shower i def had some light pink blood on the tp. So I decided not to go. I put a tampon on and went on with my life to work. But 4 hrs later I took the tampon out and there’s like the absolute faintest pink/brown dc on it. I’ve still had some pink/red blood on toilet paper when I go but I’m just so confused. Maybe I should just wait and see if I actually bleed bleed today? Has this happened to anyone else and they had a successful pregnancy?
