Sleepwalking or just not remembering?

Question

Okay so this has happened a few times now. The last memory I have at night would be nursing my son and then I’ll wake up and I’m in bed and I freak out because I think I put him in bed with me accidentally but he’ll be sound asleep in his crib. 
I don’t remember putting him back at all. I’ll wake up so confused 😅
Like do I fall asleep while nursing and then somehow put him back? Lol I’m so confused and just a tiny bit concerned. It doesn’t happen every night.

I snuggle with a minecraft creeper plushie my husband got me, and its about the same size my daughter was when she was born. For MONTHS every time i woke up cuddling that i would have a half second panic that i had forgotten to put my baby back in the crib thinking the plushie was her 😂 one night i even caught myself half asleep getting out of bed cradling the plushie very carefully and getting ready to lay it down in the crib 🤣🤣 had to retire it after that and get one that wasn’t so baby-shaped 😝

I have done this so many times with both my son (who is now 3.5) and my daughter. It's so freaky!

I have done this!! I hear sleep deprivation is similar to being drunk so memory loss I think is not uncommon
