So odd situation. I locked my car not even thinking and then threw my keys onto the passenger seat. I then realized I was an idiot and decided crawling through the window was a good idea. So then basically my entire weight was resting on my lower tummy like right below the belt and now im terrified I hurt my baby.

I'm 11 weeks can anyone give me guidance. Im losing my mind with anxiety and my doc doesn't want to see me. Should I go to a doc. Hospital? Or am I fine?
