FTM- Right side pain after surgery

I was induced last Tuesday and ending up having preeclampsia, which helped lead to a c-section on Thursday (9/10/20). I had some complications (slow moving bowels) after the surgery and finally was released yesterday from the hospital. I have this pain on my right side that goes up and down my abdomen. It will be a dull pain until I try to get up and then it is pretty sharp. I’m really wanting to sleep in a bed and wanted any advice!!

Currently I’m sleeping in a chair reclined due to its hard to get up and down without help.
