How long did you wait before having sex again?

I got rushed in for an emergency csection so I didn’t do any reading up on the do’s & don’ts 
Everywhere I have looked said everyone is different and have started when they feel ok and up to it again. 
My sex drive is through the roof at the moment but I don’t want to risk anything! So any input from others would be so greatly appreciated at the moment,

Minimum is 6 weeks regardless of deliver.a
When your placenta is removed - no matter how it is removed - it leaves a massive wound in your uterus that takes 6 weeks to heal. Anything sooner and you risk hemorrhage, infection or worse. 
You can still be intimate without penetration or oral sex. Be creative but please be safe.

You should wait until your 6 week check-up with your doctor first. A c-section is major surgery.

The minimum amount of time to wait is 6 weeks. Your dr needs to confirm that your uterus has healed, doesn’t matter what type of delivery you have. My ob has me wait 8 weeks because I had late bleeding
