SMEP Question
Hi!
I’m looking at doing the SMEP plan this month. It’s our 81st cycle so will give anything a go!
The question I have is this. I use the ClearBlue digital fertility monitor; it reads “low”, “high” or “peak”. Do I change from BDing on alternate days to 3 day in a row when it hits “high” or “peak”?
