Unexplained infertility

I just had my first consultation been trying for over 3 years I was diagnosed with stage 2 endo had that removed January. Any way the doctor says I'm classed as unexplained as my partner sperm great and I ovulate good so there no reason I shouldn't have conceived by now.

Then he tells me most clinics don't do IUI for you unexplained anymore as theres so little chance but he said he will go ahead if that's my choice of wanting to try .

I'm only 28

The scaring thing is though he said he won't do medicated as I ovulate on my own so I have to phone up when I get positive opk but what if it's wrong timed as he didn't say they would check with ultrasounds.

Anyone done IUI for unexplained
