I feel like my period just won’t come. I just want to make sure my cycle has come back! 😩

I’ve felt crampy the last 4 days and nothing and now I’m late based on if my MC was my period.

My BBT is all over the place one of my apps said I ovulated about 14 days ago but suddenly changed 6 days ago when I had some random unusually high temperatures (I think it’s because I’ve been sleeping so warm 🤷🏻‍♀️). Which means we probably missed our chance this month completely!

I’m just frustrated.
