Hcg is the pregnancy hormone that gives you pregnancy symptoms and a positive pregnancy test.
If there is no hcg in your system, you technically can’t have pregnancy symptoms.

Everyone says no, but with both pregnancies I had terrible constipation around DPO 4 and 5. Everything else was normal.
