Help! 3 month old with Eczema

Hello! My son has eczema and so far we tried:

-Aveeno (we used it for a month and he broke our bad)

-Eucerin (used it for a week with the Aveeno but stopped immediately once we saw the break out get worse)

-Cetaphil (helped the Aveeno break out for about a month but still hasn’t cleared up, and every now and then he’ll get red patches out of no where.)

We’ve seen the doctor and he said use Vaseline and that dries him out but no red patches. And we constantly have to put it on him. I don’t want to over moisturize him and he cracks his skin or something worse happens. (My husband has eczema and that’s happened to him with over moisturizing)

List any product recommendations for eczema please!
