What’s the most a almost 2 month old can go without feeding?

My baby would go like 5 hours without feeding if I let him. I try to get him to eat like 3-3 1/2 hours. What’s the most I can start doing and when? Anyone have a time frame by months so I know for ahead too?

Technically, they can do 12 hours (but that's just for overnight). 4 hours I believe is the max until like 5-6 months. Though many babies still eat every 3 hours even then. The most important thing is that they are getting enough in a 24 hour period. And that depends baby to baby. So even if you want to push them to eat every 4 hours, you need to make sure they're still getting enough (however much that is for your baby) in a day. Because eating like 3 times a day is not enough, unless they're getting 8 ounce bottles each time.
