Okay sooooo the past year my husband been trying to get my trust back bc he broke our trust from something he did. sooooo one thing that bothers me even tho it’s PETTY and it’s “JUST A VIDEO” is when he watches music videos and all that’s involved is bitchs twerking and half naked shaking asses. It makes me feel direspected that BC that behavior from women is “normal” now days that I got to accept it. If I was watching a music video with a guy shaking his dick print around I’d be a hoe and all types of bs. My husband is saying I’m immature and I need to grow up  and he will watch what he wants. He’s not doing anything. I GET IT. But why wouldn’t he care that his WIFE doesn’t like him watching that shit? it blows my mind.

Well I would be alarmed at his response. If he values you, he should try to understand where u coming from and still do what he can to gain your trust. If he responding like that... it raises red flags to me.

This sounds so childish and stupid. I used to be this same way with a man who also did things that broke the trust - i hated him even looking at other girls on tv too. And that’s when it hit me that this isn’t the person I should be with. Idk what he did to break your trust but honestly you’ll probably never trust him ( in my experience I waited years and years and still was paranoid ) now I’m with a man who I actually trust and I know wouldn’t hurt me & idc about music videos , tv shows & stupid things like that because it doesntmean anything

We all have our turn ons.. so what if he is watching girls twerking... he is the demographic of who they are intending to watch it... he isn’t doing anything wrong... if you watch romance movies, and crush on Hollywood celebrities, how do you know that doesnt make him feel insecure cause he will never stack up against that fantasy? true, that it’s just videos, but if he knows that it bothers you, and willingly disrespects your wishes— he could watch LYRIC videos if it’s really about the music, but at the end of it it’s about what he watches.

Sorry if this sounds mean ,but what if your husband said you couldn't listen to any music video's with any man or watch and TV show or movies that had any men it in , you wouldn't be listening to that.it really sounds like you have jealously issues that you are making this into something bigger then it is. I have been married almost 19 years and I would never tell my husband what he can and can't watch or listen to.sorry if this is mean

It’s pretty much up to you on what you’re willing to accept from your partner. Both my husband and I are not jealous people so we could watch these videos together and engage in conversation about them as much as we could see an attractive man in public and openly discuss what makes him attractive 🤷🏻‍♀️ These things don’t bother either of us

I'd say neither are right! They're videos, and it is very common. I'm not going to say I don't notice when there's an attractive guy on tv or a video, like magic mike, I definitely take notice, it's media not in person.
