Christmas gifts
I know it is super early to be thinking about Christmas, but this would take some time to make the way I would want and also we are on a super tight budget, so it would take some time to save up for the supplies. I always make a ton of Christmas cookies to give out as a “gift”. Last year my boyfriends kids loved the Christmas cookies (they are older in their early 20s) so I am definitely going to make the Christmas cookies for them. But I was thinking this year a nice gift for them would be recipe books. That is the main thing I have in common with them they love to come over and eat and they ask for recipes all the time anyway. None of us make a big deal about Christmas gifts they would be happy with just saying hi and spending some time together (amazing kids I love them to death) they love Etsy stuff so handmade would actually be right up their ally so I figured make them each a good quality recipe book with space in there to add recipes in as they want and some cooking utensils and probably like a cookie sheet and a pot holder and towel set or something. Does this sound like a shitty gift? And if someone made you or gave you a recipe book for Christmas would you appreciate it or no? Please let me know what you think
