You csnt "change" your sexuality. Finding your aexuality is a journey though and it's possible to be wrong or misjudge at first. So if someone were to identify as lesbian but later say they're straight then maybe they just realized they didn't feel what they thought they felt.

If they can change their sexuality, they weren't gay/lesbian to begin with. That's not how that works. They could be bisexual. They could have learned more about their sexuality but I'd expect that more from someone who was really young and coming into their sexuality as they were growing up. 
I will say, I've noticed a pattern of people really not understanding bisexuality and not understanding when a bisexual partner goes from dating one sex to another. And you see it like this post where people assume someone is gay or straight and assume they flipped orientation when in reality they're attracted to both sexes.

No, because sexuality is not a choice. I think people can be curious and experiment and then figure out they’re straight. I think people who are think they’re gay can later discover that they’re bi, straight, etc. Sexuality and gender are fluid, but neither are a choice.
