Are you/your spouse ateneing gatherings aside from work currently?

What are your opinions on your spouse attending a gathering with friends that have not been social distancing and you do not want them to attend?

We have a few friends we are comfortable being around as well as immediate family. My immediate family all work from home and practice safe social distancing when out. We have brought our kids to a petting zoo and apple orchard in the past month. We also go out to eat about once/week now. I need the adult interaction with friends/family as I work from home and it’s important for my kids to continue to experience different things, within reason. My 2 older kids go to school in person as well. My oldest and myself are in the high risk category so we do pay close attention to covid numbers in our area and practice safe social distancing when out doing more high risk activities.

We live in a covid “green” state so we feel much more confident. We’ve had friends over for barbecues and game nights (around 10 people). We’ve also gone out into town to restaurants, the aquarium, etc. And this weekend we are flying back home to attend my sisters wedding. We are not acting like it isn’t still a valid concern. But we are moving forward with our lives because it’s literally been six months and I’m not made to be a hermit.
