Nipple pain?

My nipple is bright pink with stabbing pains into the boob. Nursing hurts like crazy. Fabric touching the nipple is painful too, any touch really. It's been like this for three day now.

Baby is 6mo with two teeth.

I've been going back to work and not nursing for 10h/day. This causes engorgement and it takes 2-3 nursing sessions when I come home to empty.

Is this common?

I've been googling and I thought it may be trush but baby's mouth is clear. Could it still be trush?
