If one has their tubes tied is there any need to track ovulation?

Not really but there is still a chance you can get pregnant still. Its not a 100% sure thing unless they are removed or the whole uterus is.

I dont need to track my periods for pregnancy I track because I would be surprised by my period every month if I didnt. Its also helpful to know when your due for planning things like vacations

I would continue to track ovulation, so I can accurately predict the arrival of my period. 
I haven’t been surprised by my period in the last 8 years that I’ve been tracking. I’ll never go back to the days of not knowing or guessing.
