Usually a week or so before. Headache, cramps (even before I start  bleeding), back hurt, fatigue, nausea, ￼ diarrhea, extra hungry for sweets All the fun stuff 😅

I start having breast soreness and more heart burn, my biggest two post O symptoms within a few days of ovulation. I add bloating, nausea and moodiness to that about a week ahead of my period. Then lower back pain for 3-4 days prior.
