I’m going to be starting it on the 28th and was wondering if it did anything for you?

I did the hourglass challenge and it was amazing. I was like 12 weeks pp after my 2nd kid and it got me back to feeling pretty good about myself. I'm still not 100% but I'm much closer than I was after my first at this time.
