Successful pregnancies immediately after iud removal

I'm wondering how many women have had successful pregnancies after an iud removal. I want to ttc baby #2 soon and I currently have the kyleena and im trying to figure out when to remove it. My husband finishes his 2nd year trades school at the end of October and wants to wait until he has a job which is smart but ive heard its recommended to wait a whole cycle after removal before trying due to inflammation from removal potentially causing miscarriages. Long story short ive had 2 miscarriages, 1 chemical, and 1 ectopic leaving me with a partially blocked tube, so I already don't trust my body as it is. Any and all stories would be appreciated, and I for sure will also be asking my OB as well but I prefer personal experiences to go off of.
