losing weight and breastfeeding
Anyone else lose a lot of weight after having their baby and continue to lose who EBF? My daughter is 11 months old and i still feel like i lose a pound here and there, i definitely don't watch what i eat! I was 143 lbs before pregnancy, 157 at delivery, and now i'm 133lbs! Anyone else have this happen? i'm scared something is wrong with me!
