Hey ladies! Last night I was 1 cm dilated and 90% effaced with contractions! I’m still contracting just progressing slow, what are some tips to help me dilate a little faster and speed up this labor 🙌🏼💕
If these contractions don’t progress me in a few days we have to talk about inducing which I don’t want want!
