Anyone Has This? ☹️

Okay I’m only eight weeks and 5 days. Today I’ve been getting really bad lower back pain and cramping is very mildddd but uncomfortable like on and off, however I’m still feeling nauseous. 
Is this something I should be worried? Why it feel like my period is coming arghhh, hope Baby is inside of me. 🥺🥺🥺
This is my second pregnancy with first baby.

Does the pain feel like if you took Tylenol it would feel much better? If yes, you are probably okay. Only worry if you have cramps that are very severe like Tylenol won’t help. It’s always a good idea to call your doctor too for peace of mind.

Any bleeding? It could be growing pains. I do get the occasional back cramping. I will be 14 weeks in 2 days.

Sounds normal to me. Round ligament stretching pain. And yeah the morning sickness usually kicks in starting 8-9 weeks
