Cracked nipples

I’m desperate for advice at this point. It’s been about a week having cracked nipples. The right side has deeper cracks, and the left side has one small one that hurts. We do not have thrush and her latch is great, just when I had to pump I was stupid and didn’t use any kind of lubricant even when I noticed they were aching.

I’ve tried pumping on the hurt side, but it looks worse than it did before. Doesn’t hurt as bad. I am using nipple cream, BM and air drying (not consistently though, and breaks. I’m almost at the point where I don’t want to BF anymore, but I’m still going.

She’s 3 months old. Any advice?
