What Am I looking at 😂😂😂

I had an appointment yesterday with my Dr. they did the whole work up then tried to Doppler the heart rate. When they couldn’t find it he sent me to ultrasound. It was later and almost time for them to be off work and I could tell this lady was not happy about seeing me, I was stressed having 2 losses before. She basically said there’s the baby and here’s the heartbeat. I tried to ask questions about what am I looking at-I feel like Rachel in friends where she sees the ultrasound lol and can’t see anything 😂😂😂. Is this the baby’s back? Is there a nub?
