Placental Abruption

(Not for me) Hey guys I just wanted to hear some personal stories about this. My sister is having baby #2 and last night found out she has this. They didn’t say to what extent but right now baby is okay but she needs to be on bed rest. Her husband is deployed so she still has to fully care for her 8.5m baby. She’s worried not being able to rest is going to make matter worse. She’s like 14-15 weeks along. Anyone experience similar experiences? What helped you? Were you able to carry to term? Advice at all would be helpful!
