Too much sweets?
So I’ll admit sweets have been something I crave a lot lately ever since I got pregnant. Before pregnancy I could care less for them but idk if I’m consuming too much I try to limit myself but I always have like 3 or so little chocolate bars everyday (andes mint chocolate) and some other things and idk if having sweets everyday is bad. My baby is super active (23 weeks) and I love feeling the movements but idk if there’s such thing as ‘ too much movement ‘ and I’m worried the amount of sugar I have consumed throughout pregnancy could have done something
