Anyone else work out throughout pregnancy and still notice a lot of weight gain?
I have been active and healthy my entire pregnancy and still feel confident in my body. My doctor has no concerns with my weight gain, but I’m kinda surprised I’ve gained 25 lbs already and am just 27 weeks. I have been weight training and eating plenty of healthy food so I’m thinking I’m probably putting on muscle in addition to all the fluids and fat stores and baby and whatnot.
Ps I started at normal BMI and fall into the 25-35 weight gain range
