Cerclage removed at 34 weeks and 2days

So yesterday I noticed some pink discharge when wiping. So I called the nurse line to ask her if I should be concerned bc of the cerclage. Also was having some sharp vaginal and rectal pains occasionally. Doc told me to come in right away to be assessed. She checked me I had gone from 2.5cm to 4cm dilation in a week. Doc performed a NST. Which showed contractions every 4 mins. Mind you my contractions feel only like pressure no pain. Doctor removed my cerclage in office and admitted me to labor and delivery for observation over night. After 4 bags of fluid and another round of steroid injections to strengthen baby’s lungs, the contractions have stopped. Currently awaiting doctor to make rounds to hopefully send me home.
